THE CLARK PLAN
The Clark Plan is a back-to-basics approach to health and wellness emphasizing simple, delicious preparations of whole foods. Clark's Smart Plate roughly approximates his recommended proportions for each food group, whereas his Smart Fat & Oil Guide shows which fats/oils to use for cooking, which to use uncooked, and which to avoid altogether. The Clark Plan has been called "Paleo with benefits," meaning the Paleo diet plus non-Paleo foods, including butter and full-fat yogurt, when appropriate. For a detailed explanation of The Clark Plan, backed by 500 references to the scientific literature, see Christopher James Clark’s award-winning book, Nutritional Grail.GET THE BOOK›
